Logan Square Milwaukee Ave

Built along one of several diagonal commercial streets, the project sits at a subway station that is half way between O’Hare airport and downtown. It will be a combination of restored exterior, adapted interior and new construction that will include retail, residential, work-live lofts and parking uses. One corner is anchored by a three story terra-cotta landmark building. The other corner will be a decidedly modern and newly constructed seven story retail and residential building. Between these will be a renovated two story terra-cotta clad with parking in its basement (accessed from the new building), retail at grade and community center above.
