Urban Design and Master Planning
Over the past 25 years, Daniel P. Coffey & Associates, Ltd., the 2003 AIA Chicago Architecture Firm of the Year, has developed a reputation for high quality, innovative work in a variety of complex and diverse areas of architecture and design. These often include urban design and master planning for sites, campuses and buildings. Our experience includes many projects involving work with municipalities and private developers that require integration of the project within an urban setting. Consequently we have worked with many different City agencies in the successful development of urban projects. In addition, large scale, long term projects require master planning expertise to create a framework and schedule for completion of development of complex, multi-phase projects. The hallmark of our efforts is the joining of transit to the planned project.
