Fine Arts Building

Daniel P. Coffey was commissioned to prepare a master plan for the rehabilitation of two historic theater spaces contained within this 1880’s landmark structure. Severely deteriorated and most recently used as a four screen cinema complex, the intent was to allow for preservation with adaptation to allow for ADA accessibility, adequate dressing rooms, adequate toilets and comfortable seating for the +/- 1000 seat and +/- 450 seat venues that would be used for a wide variety of live stage productions.
