Omnia Performing Arts Center
This innovative 52 acre transit related arts and residential development will be built in 3 phases and provide for 600to 700 residential units, several restaurants, neighborhood retail and a health club all located at a major suburban transit station. Expanded, structured commuter parking will be double functioning as it transitions in the evening and weekend to Performing Arts Center uses as commuters depart for home. The Performing Arts Center will have 2700, 950 and 250-seat stages. The scale of the facility is buffered from the surrounding residential neighborhood by 2 and 3 story commercial and townhouse buildings along the primary access street.
