Kenilworth Housing
Designed and built as a model for redevelopment of land along a busy arterial street adjacent to the commuter line that joins the north suburban Kenilworth to downtown Chicago. The mixed-use project contains ground floor retail space under housing. The retail space continues the retail activity of the adjacent properties along Sheridan Road but allows for transit accessible residential above. The height limited, two-story townhouse apartments each have individual private elevators that connect to a common lobby and private enclosed parking. Away from the street, generous roof terraces overlook a neighboring park.
